       What happens to a society when its literature is only judged on its ability to sell? What does it say about a society of readers who limit their literary intake to only what is on the bestseller list, or what is easily digested and then forgotten about?

       Underground Publishing is a new publishing company that specializes in esoteric, underground literature by prodigious authors who would be otherwise rejected by the authorship world. We are dedicated to letting the underground voice be heard, and believe that the best literature of today is written by those who are ignored by the industrialized publishing business.

       We are currently in an on-line literary journal format but will eventually switch to printed publications, when finances and time
